Richard has spent his entire working life in recruitment - running teams across the UK and Europe, hiring thousands of recruiters himself, and building the connections that only three decades in one industry can earn.
He founded Lusso Search because the best recruiters he knew were being underserved by a market that treated them as CVs to be traded. He works alone, by choice, so that every conversation is with him - and only him.
